Beebe is an ongoing mission on the paternal facet of my household; one which explores our roots in smalltown Washington, North Carolina.
My earliest identified ancestor was a member of a church named Beebe Chapel, which nonetheless has its basis and burial grounds behind my grandmother’s house. With that actuality in thoughts, I am going out to {photograph} relations, mates—the land and the water that fractures it.
