Mohamed BOUMAZA is a pastry sous chef at Disneyland Paris. He and his groups make lots of the desserts provided in our parks, together with the dessert of the month at Plaza Gardens Restaurant.
After finding out in a specialised college for the deaf and listening to impaired, Mohamed selected Disneyland Paris to observe his ardour: pastry making. Following his first non permanent contract, he definitively joined the Délices de Minnie groups on the Disneyland Paris central pastry store in 2014, the place he turned a kitchen assistant, then progressed to demi-chef, chef de partie and at last sous-chef, the job he does at present.
Collectively, his staff produces many delicacies for the completely different eating places at our resort, corresponding to PYM Kitchen, Agrabah Café Restaurant, Victoria’s Dwelling-Type Restaurant and plenty of others.
The prospect to specific his creativity and trade along with his colleagues is what motivates him probably the most – discovering new desserts, innovating and, as a Workforce Chief, encouraging the Forged Members in his staff to give you new recipes, too – is a supply of satisfaction that bears fruit… or higher but, desserts! Like the thought of “dessert of the month” at Plaza Gardens Restaurant, the place, every month a member of his staff proposes a dessert that she or he has developed for the event.
