A South American purchaser is in contract to pay a cool $55 million for an oceanfront penthouse duplex in Miami — and it isn’t even constructed but.
The house is within the North Tower of the St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Seashore, Florida.
At 750 toes tall, will probably be South Florida’s tallest residential constructing on the ocean when accomplished, designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by São Paulo, Brazil-based designer Patricia Anastassiadis and panorama design by EDSA. It’s scheduled for completion on the finish of 2027.
